Not only has she helped me with my online business but most of all she has helped me with my limiting beliefs and my demons relating to stress and trauma. She has given me the tools to be able to support myself in times when my demons raise their heads and my anxiety comes back.
She has given me the tools to heal my inner child and have the confidence to put myself out there. I felt I have grown as a person since working with Jo and feel calmer and more confident. I also have the ability, faith, and knowledge to continue building my brand and to take it around the world with me when I travel. No longer am I running away but running forward.
