10:00 am–4:00 pm
Cabarita Beach, Northern NSW
You spend so much of your life doing, managing, supporting, thinking and holding everything together.
This is your invitation to stop.
The Reset Retreat is a nourishing one-day experience created for women who are craving space away from the noise and demands of everyday life. A day to breathe more deeply, reconnect with your body, understand your stress patterns and remember what it feels like to truly slow down.
Through gentle breathwork, somatic practices, guided reflection, nervous system education, meaningful connection and deep relaxation, you will be supported to come out of your head and feel into your body.
This is not a day of sitting through hours of theory. It is a spacious, thoughtfully curated experience filled with learning, laughter, reflection, beautiful conversations and a genuine reset.
Early bird tickets: $249
Many women have become incredibly good at functioning under stress. We keep showing up. We keep getting things done. We care for other people, manage competing demands and move quickly from one responsibility to the next.
From the outside, we may appear capable and in control. But underneath it, we can feel exhausted, overwhelmed, disconnected from our bodies or as though we have lost touch with ourselves somewhere along the way.
The Reset Retreat is an opportunity to step away from everything you are carrying and spend a full day being supported, nourished and cared for.
You do not need to arrive calm.
You do not need to know anything about breathwork, somatics or the nervous system.
You simply come as you are.
You will be guided through accessible practices designed to help you reconnect with your body, release tension and experience a greater sense of grounding and ease.
Everything will be invitational, and you will always be encouraged to listen to your own body.
You will learn what happens within your body during periods of stress and why you may sometimes feel anxious, reactive, overwhelmed, flat, disconnected or constantly switched on.
This will be practical, relatable and easy to understand, without the heavy scientific language.
You will have space to explore your own relationship with stress, recognise your personal warning signs and begin identifying what your body and life may be asking for.
There will be opportunities to share, laugh and connect with other women through gentle and thoughtfully facilitated activities.
There will be no pressure to overshare or disclose anything deeply personal. You choose how much you participate and what feels right for you.
The day will close with a deeply restorative experience incorporating gentle yin-inspired movement, breath, somatic practices and guided relaxation.
You will also have plenty of space throughout the retreat to enjoy morning tea, a long lunch, quiet reflection, fresh air and unhurried conversations.
Settle into the space, enjoy a cup of tea and allow yourself to transition out of the busyness of everyday life.
Move out of your thinking mind and begin noticing what is happening within your body through breath and somatic practices.
Learn how your nervous system responds to stress and begin recognising the patterns that may be influencing your energy, emotions and behaviour.
Explore what is currently creating pressure in your life, how stress shows up for you and what you may need more (or less) of.
Experience deep rest through gentle movement, breath, stillness and guided relaxation.
Leave with a stronger connection to yourself, practical tools to support you and a renewed sense of clarity about what you need moving forward.

The intention: to create a spacious day with a beautiful balance of learning, connection, reflection and rest.
You have been feeling tired, overwhelmed or constantly switched on.
You spend much of your life caring for, supporting or managing other people.
You find it difficult to slow down without feeling guilty.
You have noticed stress affecting your mood, energy, sleep or ability to feel present.
You are moving through a period of change and want space to reconnect with yourself.
You are curious about breathwork, somatics or nervous system wellbeing but want these ideas explained in a grounded and accessible way.
You are craving more joy, lightness, connection and genuine rest.
Or perhaps nothing is terribly wrong and you simply know you need a day for yourself.
That is reason enough.
By the end of the retreat, you will have:
A clearer understanding of how stress shows up within your own body and life.
Greater awareness of your personal patterns and early warning signs.
Simple practices you can use when you feel overwhelmed, disconnected or stretched too thin.
A deeper appreciation for what your body may be communicating to you.
Space to consider what you need more of and what you may be ready to release.
A renewed sense of connection, with yourself and with other women.
Most importantly, my intention is for you to leave feeling lighter, calmer, nourished and a little more like yourself again.
Your retreat experience includes:
Please advise of any dietary requirements when booking.
Jo is a coach, trauma-informed wellness practitioner and yoga teacher with more than 13 years of experience supporting women through coaching, nervous system regulation, movement, retreats and personal transformation.
Throughout her career, Jo has worked across Australia, Abu Dhabi, the Maldives, Thailand and New Zealand, facilitating retreats, workshops and transformational wellbeing experiences while leading luxury wellness centres. Her work brings together coaching, somatic practices, breathwork, yoga and NLP to create practical, grounded experiences that help women reconnect with themselves, regulate their nervous systems and build sustainable wellbeing.
No matter where she has worked in the world, the lesson has remained the same: lasting wellbeing begins by learning to listen to your body.
Jo's own relationship with wellness has never been about perfect routines or escaping the realities of life. It has been shaped by lived experience, including stress, trauma, significant health challenges and the process of learning to listen to her body rather than continually pushing through it.
For many years, Jo was the high-functioning woman who never stopped.
She could achieve, perform and keep going, but she did not always recognise the difference between genuine energy and a nervous system running on stress.
Over time, she discovered that slowing down does not mean becoming less ambitious, less capable or less alive. It means developing the awareness to recognise what your body needs and supporting yourself before you reach the point of complete depletion.
The Reset Retreat brings together the practices, insights and lived experience that have shaped Jo's own journey, alongside the work she has shared with women and organisations throughout her career.
Early bird pricing is available until 16 August 2026, or until the first allocation of tickets has sold.
Your ticket includes the full retreat experience, all sessions, lunch, refreshments, and retreat materials.
Places will be intentionally limited to preserve the intimate and personal nature of the day.
You do not have to earn rest by reaching complete exhaustion.
You do not have to wait until life becomes quieter.
You do not have to arrive as the calmest, happiest or most healed version of yourself.
Come exactly as you are.
Spend a day breathing, reflecting, learning, connecting, laughing and allowing yourself to receive.

Gentle yin-inspired movement may be included, but this is not a traditional yoga retreat. The day brings together breath, somatic practices, nervous system education, meditation, reflection, connection and relaxation.
